These sessions will explain how to “recognize” the real risks you face, give you thoughts on how to “prioritize” these risks, and will show you how to “mobilize” to do something about the real risks you face.

Failure to discipline in a prompt, fair and consistent manner is a ticket for nothing but future problems and there are many legal and “risk” concerns involved in this process that needs to be fully understood.
